2. Contact enquiries and quote requests
We process enquiry details to identify and respond to the person contacting us, clarify their requirements and prepare a tailored proposal.
Data involved: contact name, email address, telephone number, company name and activity, employee and location information, selected services, preferred enquiry language and any information voluntarily included in the message.
Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for a general enquiry, consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Retention: until the enquiry has been concluded and for as long as necessary to fulfil resulting contractual or legal obligations. Where no contract is concluded, data is deleted after no more than one year unless a legal claim justifies further retention.
3. How the quote form works
The form transmits the information you provide over an encrypted HTTPS connection to the Resend email service, which forwards the request to info@kontlerco.hu. You do not need to use your own email application to submit the form.
4. Cookies and optional measurement
Through Google Tag Manager, the website uses Google Analytics 4 statistics and Google Ads conversion measurement only after your prior choice. If you decline optional categories, those Google tags do not load or send measurement data to Google.
Analytics: with consent, we measure public page views, successful quote requests and telephone or email link clicks. Technical data can include an IP address, device and browser information, the public page URL and an event type and timestamp. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names and messages entered in the form are not sent to the measurement system. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Advertising conversion measurement: with marketing consent, Google Ads measures successful enquiries following advertising interactions. Simply opening or refreshing the confirmation page does not count as a new conversion. We do not use enhanced conversions or transmit personal data for remarketing.
Legal basis and choices: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Analytics and marketing can be selected separately and are off by default. You may change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings”. On withdrawal, the website removes accessible first-party measurement cookies and reloads without loading the Google tags. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from requesting a quote.
Google provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process page URLs, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and device identifiers, including outside the EEA subject to applicable transfer safeguards. Retention: we retain the website consent choice for 180 days. First-party Google Analytics measurement cookies are configured for a maximum lifetime of 180 days without restarting that lifetime on every page view. The configured property-level retention for Analytics event and user data is two months. Google Ads attribution windows are currently 90 days for a click, three days for an engaged view and one day for a view-through conversion.
Local storage: “kontlerco-consent” stores selected categories, the policy version and the time of your choice. After 180 days, a new choice is requested. Clearing your browser data also removes this choice. The session entry “kontlerco-quote-receipt” stores a successful submission timestamp to display a receipt, for no longer than the lifetime of the browser tab; a receipt is valid for 30 minutes. It contains no form data and is not used for advertising tracking.
5. Service providers and data transfers
Our contracted hosting provider is FORPSI – BlazeArts Kft., registered office: 1096 Budapest, Thaly Kálmán utca 39.; postal address: 6090 Kunszentmiklós, Szent Erzsébet tér 11.; company registration number: 01-09-389087; telephone: +36 1 610 5506. Provider contact details. Technical logs may be processed for operation of the service.
The website is technically published using OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare runtime. Serving the website may involve processing technical connection data such as IP addresses, request timestamps and requested page URLs.
We use Resend to forward enquiries by email. Submitted form data is sent to the provider for message delivery and service operation. Its privacy information is available separately.
We disclose personal data to other parties only on the basis of a legal obligation, an authority request, performance of a contract or appropriate consent.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data, object to processing, request portability where the applicable conditions are met and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. We normally respond within one month. Please send requests to info@kontlerco.hu.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy.
7. Data security
KontlerCo limits processing to the necessary data and uses appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
